At The Vintage Clothing Store Wholesale, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, some items may show signs of wear or minor imperfections that are not considered faults. Please review our refund and return terms carefully.
2. Return Eligibility

● Items that arrive damaged due to transit.
● Items that have manufacturing defects (if applicable).

● Vintage items with natural wear and tear or imperfections as noted in the product description.

3. Conditions for Returns

○ Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains.
○ Tags (if applicable) must still be attached.
○ Packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

The Vintage Clothing Store sells the highest quality of vintage clothing, our team curate and handpick pieces to provide our consumer the best quality. Some pieces may have some slight defects but this is due to its nature of being vintage. We pride ourselves with our work and grade each item accordingly, and also take a lot of time with our quality assurance. We record items information with both photographs and detailed descriptions where it is required. However, there may be times where this is human error and missed when buying bulks of items.
We usually purchase big orders at a time so sometimes modern pieces may be mixed with some bales, therefore we cannot guarantee the ratio of which you will receive. Also to note due to the vintage nature of the clothes there may be marks which will need a wash. We would advise for all items bought from us to be washed in order to maximise the retail price.
